Funtastic Gymnastics Offerings

We have classes for children from walking age to 17, including those with special needs. Our lesson plans are progressive, ensuring all students receive the attention and instruction they need, irrespective of their ability levels or future goals. We also host a variety of one-time events.

Core Parent Responsibilities

Ensure your child arrives at the gym on time and remains seated in the waiting area until their class begins. Siblings not enrolled in a class must stay in the viewing area. Parents must remain in the facility for children ages 3 and under or if restroom assistance is needed. Only water is permitted in the facility; no food or gum. Please refrain from coaching or talking to your child during class to avoid contradictory instructions. Any adult assisting in a parent participation class must have a current waiver on file. If not, please report to the office prior to stepping on the gym floor to assist the participant.

Please arrive on time to pick up your child. If you anticipate being late, please inform us. Children must wait inside and remain seated until their parent arrives. A $25 fee may be charged per 10-minute increment (or portion thereof).

Only enrolled participants are allowed on the gym floor, except for parent participation classes. If you do not have a current waiver on file, please report to the office prior to stepping on the gym floor to assist the participant. Siblings must remain seated in the waiting area.

Tuition is due on the 1st and is paid through automatic billing. When the 1st falls on a weekend or holiday, payments may be processed on the prior business day. To avoid the automatic charge, submit payment by the 25th of the prior month. If a payment is declined or returned for any reason (including but not limited to, insufficient funds, stolen or expired cards), I authorize re-attempts as needed. A $ 20 late fee will be applied if a balance remains unpaid after an additional autopay attempt is run on the 5th.

Due to the limited capacity for our events, we regret to inform you that enrollment fees are non-refundable.

Acceptable attire: leotard or fitted shorts/leggings with a fitted shirt; socks for trampoline use. Not permitted: dresses, skirts, jeans, baggy clothing, exposed midriffs, or sports bras worn alone. Unsafe attire may result in class restriction without refund.

Discipline and Safety

Discipline and Safety Participants must follow staff instructions at all times. Disruptive, unsafe, or aggressive behavior—including foul language or physical contact—may result in warnings, sit-outs, being sent home, or membership cancellation without refund.

Our facility is professionally cleaned each morning. Please help us maintain our facilities cleanliness by adhering to our food and drink policies. No food or colorful drinks are allowed in the gym, and water is the best hydration option for your child.

Address and Phone Updates

Please use the parent portal or notify us of any changes in your address, email, or phone number, or to the name or phone number for your emergency contact.

A Cancellation Request Form (available on our website) must be submitted by the 15th of the month that you wish your membership to end. You are responsible for tuition through the approved membership cancellation date. No credits/refunds will be issued for any unattended classes. Any make-ups scheduled after the cancellation effective date are forfeited.

As an organization dedicated to serving children, we are committed to ensuring a respectful, safe, and compliant environment for everyone. Recently, we've encountered repeated instances where key guidelines—such as timely arrival, advance waiver completion, adherence to party timeline, and the appropriate food policy—have not been respected. In some cases, our team has been pressured to make exceptions, which has placed undue stress on coaches and staff who work hard to deliver a joyful experience for every family. After careful consideration—and in order to maintain the quality and integrity of our parties—we have made the difficult decision to pause new party bookings , effective immediately. This pause gives us time to review and strengthen our policies, reinforce staff support, and ensure that future celebrations welcome joy, cooperation, and respect.

Adhering to the CA Business and Professions Code 18975, we conduct rigorous background checks for our administrators, employees, and regular volunteers to identify and exclude any individuals with a history of child abuse.

Additionally, we align with the USA Gymnastics requirement of conducting criminal background screening for individuals involved in our programs. This underscores our commitment to fostering a secure and child-friendly gymnastics environment.

Our professional USA Gymnastics (USAG) and CPR/First Aid certified staff is committed to providing our athletes with a great gymnastics experience. We strive to create an environment that supports our athletes and focuses on its highest priority, the safety and well-being of the athletes.
